Jeff 's Story
In my early twenties, I was really struggling with my mental wellbeing. I had never picked up a paintbrush before, but a friend suggested that painting might help. I was desperate—so I thought, why not?
What I discovered was life-changing.
Painting became a new language for me to express what I didn’t have words for before. It allowed people to connect with me, and it gave them permission to share their own stories, too. That vulnerability broke down walls.
Creativity transformed my life. It led to co-founding the mental health org PeaceLove, the tech company Scribl, and a journey of sharing all over the world about the power of creative expression to support emotional wellbeing.
